Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping Within Spain
We ship throughout Spain. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping. Delivery is handled by Correos and takes 48 to 72 hours from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. For orders to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

All artworks are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the artistic and delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We only accept returns or replacements if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Each piece is handcrafted and may include natural variations in color, texture, and form. These are not considered defects. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.
