All orders are processed and shipped from Bogotá, Colombia. Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.

Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside Colombia may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Koba Studio (kobastudio.art) has no control over these fees and cannot predict them.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when available.
Undelivered or returned orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
